FNB CEO Vincent Delie Receives Dual National Honors for Leadership

Vincent Delie, the Chairman, President and CEO of F.N.B. Corporation, has been honored with two national awards recognizing his business strategy and commitment to workplace culture. The accolades highlight his role in scaling the institution across seven states while maintaining a focus on community-driven values and employee engagement.

The Sons of Italy Foundation presented Delie with its Excellence in Business Award during the 37th Annual National Education and Leadership Awards Gala in Washington, D.C. During the ceremony, he credited his professional drive to the legacy of his Italian immigrant family, emphasizing the values of service and persistence instilled by his grandmother. This recognition places him among a diverse group of past honorees, including government officials and humanitarian leaders.

Simultaneously, Delie and the corporation received the Malden Mills Corporate Kindness Award from the Values-in-Action Foundation. This distinction recognizes leaders who prioritize respect and care for their workforce, mirroring the principles famously championed by late Malden Mills CEO Aaron Feuerstein. Under Delie’s tenure, FNB has achieved roughly 700 percent growth in market capitalization and successfully implemented an omnichannel digital strategy, including the proprietary eStore platform. The bank’s commitment to internal culture has earned it over 100 workplace awards, including designations from Newsweek, TIME, and Forbes.
