Dr. William R. Harbron Named to Inner Circle of Excellence

Harbron’s career is rooted in a rigorous academic background, including a Doctor of Education from Edgewood University and advanced degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Miami University. Since launching his consultancy in 2025, he has shifted his focus toward guiding organizational leaders, leveraging a lifetime of experience in student-centered administration.

Beyond his corporate work, Harbron maintains a heavy involvement in civic organizations, serving on the advisory board for the Stratford County YMCA and co-founding the steering committee for the Dover Mental Health Alliance. His professional trajectory has been punctuated by various honors, ranging from a 2002 Dale Carnegie Achievement Award to his early recognition as an Eagle Scout in 1967.
