Bolla Oil Launches First Customer Loyalty Programme with PAR Technology

Bolla Oil Corporation is rolling out its debut loyalty initiative, Bolla Rewards, across more than 160 convenience stores in the New York Tri-State area. By partnering with PAR Technology, the retailer aims to transition from traditional transactions to a data-driven engagement model designed to boost visit frequency and customer retention.

The new programme, powered by the PAR Retail platform, integrates the brand’s mobile app with in-store operations to offer immediate value to shoppers. Beyond standard rewards, the partnership establishes an intelligence layer intended to synchronize customer data and operational insights. Future iterations of the system will incorporate specialized features, including tobacco-specific loyalty options, to further personalize the guest experience.

Jay Singh, Vice President at Bolla Oil, noted that the initiative addresses a competitive retail landscape by creating more meaningful connections with patrons. PAR Technology CEO Savneet Singh described the collaboration as a shift away from disconnected software, focusing instead on a unified platform that compounds value through real-time action at every location.
