H&M Group leadership shakeup as CDIO Ellen Svanström departs

Zetterström has transitioned to SAP, where he now leads the company’s global consumer industries division. In his new capacity, he intends to focus on the integration of artificial intelligence across retail, agribusiness, and health sciences sectors. During his time at the fashion retailer, Zetterström was instrumental in driving end-to-end digital transformation, an experience he claims has prepared him to help SAP clients navigate the complexities of AI-powered scaling.
