Skyservice Adds Vancouver Hub to Bombardier Service Network

Vancouver International Airport has officially joined the Bombardier Authorized Service Facility network, marking a strategic expansion for Skyservice. This designation establishes a vital maintenance gateway on Canada's West Coast, designed to support the growing fleet of Bombardier Global and Challenger aircraft operating throughout the North American region.

The new designation at the Richmond, British Columbia site bolsters Skyservice’s existing footprint in Toronto and Montréal, creating a unified coast-to-coast support chain. By integrating certified technicians and mobile repair teams into the Vancouver hub, the company aims to reduce downtime for operators navigating the busy trans-Pacific flight corridor.

Benjamin Murray, President and CEO of Skyservice, noted that the expansion is central to the firm's long-term goal of building an integrated aviation platform. For Bombardier, the move is equally strategic. Anthony Cox, Vice-president of Customer Support, emphasized that regional collaborations remain essential to maintaining the high reliability and safety standards expected by their global client base.
