OneAscent Appoints Nicole Grogan to Lead Distribution Strategy

Grogan will oversee the strategy and execution of bringing the firm’s investment solutions to market while managing key institutional relationships. COO Rob Grubb cited her extensive background in national accounts and retirement as the catalyst for the hire, noting that her experience is essential for the firm’s ongoing expansion. The firm focuses on values-aligned and faith-driven investment strategies, a mission Grogan described as central to her decision to join the team.

Before this appointment, Grogan spent 16 years at DWS, where she served as Managing Director and Head of Strategic Relationships and U.S. Marketing. Her career also includes a tenure as a Director in National Accounts at RiverSource Investments. A graduate of Villanova and Fordham universities, she holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation and completed the Securities Industry Institute program at Wharton.
