Chris Platt joins Mamas & Papas as IT and Transformation Director

Platt previously served as Head of IT Delivery at Studio Retail, bringing a wealth of technical leadership experience to the nursery brand. His appointment coincides with a period of transition at Mamas & Papas, as he prepares to work alongside Chris Greenwood before Greenwood’s upcoming retirement.

Reflecting on his move, Platt noted his long-standing personal connection to the brand as a customer. He expressed pride in the team he helped cultivate at GreenThumb and his confidence in Paul Welch, who will lead that company's next chapter. Before stepping into his new responsibilities, Platt plans to spend the coming weeks with his family, focusing on cycling and walking.
