Autoliv Americas President Kevin Fox to Step Down

Fox will remain with the Stockholm-based firm through February 2027, serving as an executive senior advisor to CEO Mikael Bratt to facilitate the leadership transition. Bratt credited Fox with building a robust team across the United States and Brazil, noting that his influence on the Executive Management Team spanned six years.

Following Fox’s departure, Anthony Nellis, the company’s EVP of Legal Affairs and General Counsel, will step in as acting president for the Americas. Nellis, who already holds a seat on the executive leadership team, will manage the division from the regional headquarters until a permanent successor is selected through an active recruitment process.
