Léa Dunand-Chatellet Named CEO of Sustainable Investment Firm Mirova

Natixis Investment Managers has appointed Léa Dunand-Chatellet as the new Chief Executive Officer of its sustainable investment affiliate, Mirova. Approved by the board, the transition will take effect on July 1, 2026, as she steps in to succeed long-time leader Philippe Zaouati in guiding the firm's strategic growth.

Dunand-Chatellet brings two decades of experience to the role, having spent significant time within the Natixis ecosystem, including previous tenures at Mirova and DNCA Finance. Her track record in responsible investment, supported by her work with the French Financial Markets Authority and the Ministry of the Economy, positions her to oversee Mirova’s transition into its next development phase. She will focus on expanding the firm’s international footprint while balancing its listed and private asset portfolios.

Philippe Setbon, CEO of Natixis Investment Managers, credited the appointment to the company’s internal development model, noting that the change aligns with the broader VISION 2030 strategic plan. Dunand-Chatellet, who currently serves as Head of Responsible Investment at DNCA Finance, emphasized that her mandate involves directing capital toward transition-focused projects. The firm, which manages €34.2 billion in assets as of March 2026, continues to operate as a B Corp, maintaining its focus on integrating environmental and social impact into its investment solutions.
