At symplr, he will direct financial planning, accounting, treasury, and investor relations, working to balance the company's commitment to AI innovation with its long-term financial discipline.

The firm, which is backed by Clearlake Capital Group and Charlesbank Capital Partners, serves nine out of ten U.S. hospitals.
