The agreement commits approximately $2.4 million toward fiber services, establishing a standardized framework that AZIO AI intends to replicate as it scales its operations. By securing this infrastructure, the company moves to accelerate the buildout of its campus, which is specifically designed to bypass the land-use and community constraints often found in urban developments. The site is positioned in an industrial zone capable of supporting massive, energy-backed data operations.
Sir Elgin Tracy, Chief Operating Officer of AZIO AI, noted that the partnership serves as both a foundational requirement for the initial 500MW platform and a repeatable model for future projects. This connectivity is a central component of the company’s broader hyperscale strategy, which focuses on delivering scalable, energy-backed capacity to meet rising institutional demand for GPU-intensive applications. With a Power Purchase and Hosting agreement already in place with a primary GPU customer, the company is prioritizing a rapid modular deployment to bring the campus online.
