The board of directors officially triggered the liquidation process after the firm's sponsor, Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition Warrant Holdings LLC, declined to fund further extension payments. Trading on the Nasdaq will conclude on August 12, 2026, with the company’s public shares subsequently cancelled. The firm anticipates a redemption price of approximately $11.47 per share, payable to investors on or around August 19, 2026.
Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company will manage the disbursement of funds from the trust account, minus a $100,000 reserve set aside for dissolution expenses. While public shareholders are slated for payouts, those holding the company’s warrants will see their investments expire worthless. Following the final distribution, the firm intends to file a Form 15 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to formally suspend its reporting obligations and delist its securities from the exchange.
