E Street Technologies Secures $69 Million Naval STEM Contract

Under the terms of the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, which runs from July 22, 2026, through July 21, 2031, the joint venture will oversee a portfolio of educational efforts. These include the Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Program, the Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program, and the Naval Horizons Program. The scope also covers the Department of the Navy’s HBCU/MI program, alongside maintenance of the Naval STEM website and broader outreach activities.

E Street Technologies, a subsidiary of the Universities Space Research Association, enters this partnership as a mentor to HunaTek Operations Services under the Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé program. Dr. Carol Kory, President of E Street Technologies, stated that the work leverages over five decades of experience in workforce development and a network of 124 PhD-granting universities. USRA President and CEO Dr. Elsayed Talaat noted that the collaboration is intended to strengthen ties between academic institutions and federal science priorities.
