Founder Salman Akorede developed the model to bridge the disconnect between traditional academic output and the specific needs of the tech industry. The strategy is already yielding results; one current apprentice secured a $130,000 position in SAP security before even completing the program. Beyond Texas, the academy is currently seeking accreditation in Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and California to expand its reach. For employers, the partnership offers a pipeline of credentialed talent without the typical burden of training expenses, while also providing potential tax incentives for upskilling current staff.
