GPGI Investors Face September Deadline in Securities Class Action

Investors who acquired GPGI, Inc. stock between November 3, 2025, and May 6, 2026, have until September 15, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a pending securities fraud lawsuit. The litigation targets alleged misrepresentations regarding the company’s acquisition of Husky Technologies Limited.

The class action lawsuit, filed by Robbins LLP, claims that GPGI—formerly known as CompoSecure—misled shareholders about the financial health and growth prospects of Husky Technologies. According to the complaint, management overstated Husky's value and failed to disclose that the company was falling short of its projected revenue and Adjusted EBITDA targets. The suit further alleges the acquisition was driven by fees for Resolute Holdings and individual defendants rather than long-term shareholder value.

Market skepticism intensified on February 26, 2026, when a report from Jehoshaphat Research challenged the valuation of the deal. The stock price subsequently plummeted from $23.12 to $12.94 by May 7, 2026, marking a 44% decline. Those who suffered losses during the specified period may participate in the litigation without upfront costs, as the law firm operates on a contingency fee basis. Interested parties are encouraged to contact attorney Aaron Dumas, Jr. for legal guidance before the court-mandated deadline.
