Das, who joined the company in September last year, oversaw technology across 13 countries and more than 800 stores. Reflecting on his time with the retailer, he highlighted the development of a China-specific infrastructure as a key achievement. In a statement regarding his exit, a lululemon spokesperson confirmed the company is currently conducting a global search for his successor while expressing confidence in the existing technology teams to maintain operational momentum.
Following a three-decade career spanning banking, cloud computing, and healthcare, Das noted that his immediate plans involve a period of rest. His exit follows the successful conclusion of his work with Mila Health, an AI healthcare startup he founded in 2023.
