The campaign highlights Turlov’s track record as President of the Kazakhstan Chess Federation, where he oversaw the expansion of a national chess education program reaching over 60,000 students across 1,500 schools. His platform prioritizes institutional stability, digital innovation, and financial sustainability, supported by his broader business experience as head of Nasdaq-listed Freedom Holding Corp. FIDE delegates will choose between the Turlov-Anand ticket, the Wadim Rosenstein-Gordon Tang pairing, and the Jan Henric Buettner-Malcolm Pein slate when they cast their votes during the upcoming General Assembly.
