Abu Dhabi Finance Week 2026 Scales Up to $61 Trillion in Assets

With over 300 global financial leaders and a combined $61 trillion in assets already confirmed, Abu Dhabi Finance Week 2026 is positioning itself as the year’s definitive gathering for capital markets. Running from December 7–10, the event marks a significant expansion in both geographic reach and thematic scope.

Hosted by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the event has evolved into an eight-stage, 75-event summit. This year’s theme, 'The Capital Community, Powered by Partnerships,' shifts the focus toward specialized sectors including infrastructure, hedge funds, and energy. Among the 10 new platforms are the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Summit, the Health Finance & Innovation Forum, and the CNBC AI Capital Stack Summit.

Regulators from more than 50 countries will participate in the expanded Global Financial Regulators Summit, addressing the evolution of international financial frameworks and tokenization. The program is designed to bridge connections between major economies, with dedicated dialogues featuring the European Union, China, South Korea, and the United States. According to H.E. Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of ADGM, the objective is to move beyond mere scale by fostering long-term relationships that address the complexities of modern, interconnected global investment.

The speaker lineup includes high-profile figures such as David Rubenstein of The Carlyle Group, alongside leadership from JPMorgan, Santander, and Morgan Stanley. The four-day agenda will culminate in discussions on sustainable finance and long-term societal resilience, reflecting the shifting priorities of global capital as it heads into 2027.
