The foundation, established in 2020, was initially restricted to domestic personnel but now encompasses the company's growing international workforce. According to Jenny Sabo, Senior Vice President of Communications, Benefits, and Impact, the move aims to standardize support for staff regardless of geography. The program officially launched its international reach this summer, with the first grant recipient receiving funds earlier this month.
This initiative aligns with the company's internal "We Take Care of Each Other" value system. Beyond providing direct financial relief, the firm has sought to bolster its global presence through localized benefits and programs, recently securing Great Place to Work® certification in India. While eligibility requirements and specific assistance packages remain tailored to local regulations in each of the six new countries, the expansion represents a broader effort to unify corporate culture across its international offices.
