GeoIntelX Integrates Century of SEG Data Into AI Exploration Platform

The collaboration allows geoscientists to query AI agents directly through a digital map interface. Instead of manually cross-referencing thousands of individual reports, exploration teams can now ask specific questions about geological basins and receive answers backed by SEG’s historical archives alongside their own private data. The system is designed to accelerate technical evaluations, mitigate exploration risks, and streamline the discovery of critical minerals.

CEO and Co-Founder Gilad Hoshen noted that the integration positions the GIX platform as a premier resource for governments and mining firms alike. For the Society of Economic Geologists, the move represents a shift toward making its extensive library more actionable for its 6,500 global members. The initiative will debut a dedicated experience for SEG members, featuring advanced search and geospatial querying capabilities, with an official launch scheduled for the SEG 2026 Conference in Salt Lake City.
