Huey Magoo's Marks 22 Years with Expansion and Value Deals

Two decades after college friends Matt Armstrong and Thad Hudgens started serving premium chicken tenders near the University of Central Florida, the fast-casual brand is celebrating its 22nd anniversary. The milestone arrives alongside a new systemwide direct delivery platform and a suite of seasonal value-driven menu offerings.

To mark the occasion, Magoo's Rewards members receive a buy-one, get-one-free 3-piece tender meal on October 1. The brand is pivoting from this celebration to a broader value push beginning October 5, which includes the introduction of a $39.99 Feast for Six and a $29.99 Family Four Pack. These bundles are designed to bring the cost per person below $7, with the menu expansion also featuring a limited-time Tart Cherry Lemonade available through January 3.

The company is also addressing delivery costs by launching a proprietary systemwide direct delivery service. By ordering through the official website or app, customers gain access to in-restaurant pricing and the ability to earn loyalty points, avoiding the price hikes often associated with third-party delivery platforms. CEO Andy Howard noted that this shift toward convenience and value is central to the brand's current growth strategy as it expands across 12 states. The chain continues to emphasize its focus on the premium tenderloin, a product that recently secured a top-five ranking in the 2026 USA TODAY 10BEST Readers' Choice Awards.
