The updated platform, born from the recent merger of Suvoda and Greenphire, introduces a centralized Product Launchpad that allows study teams to navigate eight distinct functions—including RTSM, eCOA, and site budgeting—without toggling between separate logins. This unified data architecture ensures that information entered once, such as patient details, propagates automatically across the system to prevent redundant data entry.

Central to this release is the integration of agentic AI. The company reports that its new AI-driven RTSM capabilities can cut kickoff-to-UAT timelines by as much as 80%. Additionally, a conversational assistant named Sofia allows site personnel to query data and execute permissioned tasks in multiple languages while maintaining strict audit trails. For patients, the mobile application now serves as a comprehensive hub for tracking visits, managing travel, and receiving real-time micropayments via global digital wallets like Alipay. CEO Jagath Wanninayake stated that these advancements are intended to reduce the administrative burden on research sites and streamline the experience for participants, ultimately accelerating the pace of life-changing clinical studies.
