Mordor Intelligence Launches Predictive Platform for Robotics Demand

The platform functions by scanning global construction, permit, and expansion data to score facilities on their likelihood of requiring robotics. By mapping these signals to specific operators and their surrounding supplier ecosystems, the tool aims to get component manufacturers and system integrators into the project design phase before specifications are locked. As of September 2026, the system tracks 494 construction and expansion signals across 50 countries, with 120 facilities currently sitting in the prime 12 to 24-month procurement window.

Bharadwaj Obula Reddy, CEO of the Hyderabad-based firm, noted that the product represents a shift from reactive reporting to proactive foresight. The platform offers a granular view of projects, providing users with the ability to trace individual construction permits through to eventual deployment. Birendra Pandey, the product director, stated that the goal is to allow commercial teams to act on verified evidence rather than broad market assumptions, effectively shortening the gap between early-stage development and commercial engagement.
