The system processes ECF emails, financial records, and document checklists the moment they arrive, prioritizing tasks to reduce manual oversight. According to company president Kristi Singal, the technology is currently integrated into the firm’s TrusteSolutions and CORE platforms to modernize professional workflows.
Key capabilities include a Daily Brief that highlights urgent ECF activity and a Bank Statement Data Analysis feature that automatically identifies potential preference transfers. Furthermore, the engine scans tax returns to populate pre-341 review reports and verifies uploaded files against established document requests. These automated features aim to ensure that trustees enter creditor meetings with verified data, effectively shortening the turnaround time for complex case management.
