According to a police report from the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office, the couple became alarmed after Urker spoke of feeling depressed on September 30. Hours later, he reportedly broadcast a silent TikTok livestream while driving. When his employer, Justin Daigle, confirmed Urker was a no-show for his shift the following morning, the group intervened. They gained access through an unlocked bedroom window, where they found Urker unresponsive and cold to the touch.
Deputies arriving at the scene discovered drug paraphernalia, including syringes and a spoon containing a brown powdery substance, inside the bathroom. A paper towel with bloodstains was noted on Urker’s arm, and a holstered handgun sat on the nightstand. While the sheriff’s office categorized the incident as an overdose, an official cause of death remains pending.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard, who shares a daughter with Urker, later stated he had not been in a good state of mind, expressing her own shock and disbelief. This characterization drew sharp criticism from Urker’s sister, Autumn, who publicly blamed Blanchard for the circumstances leading to his death and claimed the family had received no direct communication from her following the tragedy.
