Woodinville’s Harvest Yard Reaches Completion and Welcomes Kiln

With over 100,000 square feet of commercial space now complete, the Harvest Yard in Woodinville has secured premium workspace provider Kiln as its latest anchor tenant. The development is currently 90% leased, transforming the local landscape into a dense hub of retail, dining, and professional office suites.

Kiln has committed to 22,045 square feet within the project, with plans to launch in late 2027. The workspace aims to serve the Eastside’s growing tech and aerospace sectors, providing private offices and team studios alongside the development's existing infrastructure. According to CEO Arian Lewis, the site was selected specifically for its integration of hospitality and proximity to local lifestyle amenities, including the Sammamish River Trail.

The broader Harvest project is seeing a steady influx of activity as tenants move into the space. Nearly twenty establishments, including tasting rooms like Avennia and Grosgrain and restaurants such as Bong Bong Bar, are either already operational or scheduled to open by the end of the year. This surge in activity has mirrored interest in adjacent residential offerings; the River Run townhome development has reported a spike in sales since the Yard’s official opening, signaling a shift in local real estate demand.

To mark the milestone, the public is invited to the first annual Harvest Fall Festival on October 17. The event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by the Woodinville Chamber of Commerce at 3 p.m., followed by live music and interactive experiences. The festival serves as a formal introduction for the community to explore the completed site, which currently functions as a bridge between the existing SOMM Hotel & Spa and the surrounding residential neighborhoods.
