The 12th cohort features graduates from elite institutions including Oxford, Cambridge, and Princeton, bringing expertise in fields ranging from cognitive neuroscience to computer science. By intentionally fostering a multidisciplinary environment, the program integrates these professionals into Dubai’s core economic engine. Associates will work directly with major entities such as Emirates Airline, the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority.
Simon Corkill, CEO of Falcon and Associates, noted that the high volume of interest reflects a broader trend of ambitious individuals seeking to influence the city's rapid development. The program, which has now built a network of 350 alumni, functions as a bridge between international talent and the local government and private sectors. According to program director Rami Tawfiq, this initiative serves to cultivate globally-minded leaders while anchoring their professional trajectories within Dubai’s expanding business ecosystem.
