Osmow’s Mediterranean, which operates 250 locations across North America, is entering the Cleveland market with a focus on customizable wraps, rice bowls, and signature dishes like Shawarma ON THE STIX. The brand centers its operation on slow-roasted meats prepared on vertical rotisseries. According to CEO Ben Osmow, the expansion aims to integrate the company’s high-energy service model into the city’s established culinary landscape.
Doors open at 10:30 a.m. for the grand opening, where the menu will feature staples such as Shawarma Poutine and various platter options. The Cleveland site is managed by local restaurateurs as part of the company’s broader U.S. growth strategy, which now spans across seven states. This location serves as the latest addition to a family-run business that originated in 2001.
