The company’s mainland China operations saw accelerated growth between July and September 2026, supported by high-single-digit same-store sales growth. This momentum continued into the October National Day holiday period, where total gross merchandise volume grew by 20% to 25% annually.
Central to this expansion is YOYO, the brand's proprietary intellectual property. Since its debut in June 2025, the character line has generated over RMB 1 billion in sales within the first nine months of 2026, reaching 53 countries. CEO Guofu Ye highlighted this success as proof of the company’s ability to scale original intellectual property globally. Meanwhile, international markets remained steady, with the U.S. division reporting a 20% increase in volume for the quarter, bolstered by a strong recovery in September.
