Valerio brings a background rooted in skilled trades, having scaled Four Winds Chimney from a boutique operation into a multi-market entity across Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, and Buffalo. His leadership philosophy centers on rigorous technician training, safety standards, and the modernization of customer service workflows. At Chimney Collective, he joins fellow board members Alan Rush and Michael Boudart to refine operational practices and leadership development.
Co-founder Branson Tibbs noted that Valerio’s experience in balancing generational craftsmanship with disciplined execution aligns with the company's objective to support independent operators. For his part, Valerio emphasized the importance of preserving the unique culture of local service providers while scaling the trade’s long-term potential. The appointment signals a continued focus on recruiting industry veterans to steer the platform’s expansion.
