A strategic supply deal between AESC and Prevalon Energy will see the deployment of 10 GWh in battery capacity over the next three years. This partnership aims to address the rapidly expanding demand for utility-scale energy storage, spanning grid reliability projects and the power-intensive requirements of AI data centers.

Under the terms of the agreement, AESC will provide the battery cells and modules necessary to power the Prevalon Energy Storage Platform. The hardware will be integrated into Prevalon’s HD5 DC, HD5 AC, and Hybrid Power Stabilizer systems. This collaboration leverages AESC’s extensive manufacturing footprint and large-scale delivery capabilities alongside Prevalon’s expertise in system integration and project management.

Edward Hou, Senior Vice President at Envision Energy, noted that the scale of this commitment reflects the surging global need for high-performance storage solutions. By combining technical resources, the companies intend to support critical energy infrastructure, including the power demands of emerging data centers and renewable energy integration efforts. With AESC having already delivered over 100 GWh of storage cells globally, the partnership marks a significant expansion in the capacity available for large-scale energy projects.
