To achieve the desired atmosphere, planners would need to construct a venue within the arena, utilizing draped ceilings, overhead structures, and custom flooring to create distinct zones for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and afterparty.

While the scale is vast, planners anticipate the aesthetic will lean into the singer’s signature romantic, storybook style. Lauren Zizza, a celebrity wedding planner, expects the design to feature heavy floral arrangements, vintage fabric touches, and soft candlelight to soften the cavernous space. The venue choice appears supported by the arena’s clear schedule from June 29 through July 6, providing a window for the intensive setup. Despite recent reports of pressure regarding the preparations, the couple has been spotted enjoying pre-wedding festivities, with Swift hosting friends at her Rhode Island estate while Kelce coordinated with his circle in Los Angeles.
