Bagwell’s appointment comes as the company seeks to accelerate the evolution of ConnectOS, its proprietary platform designed to convert physical retail spaces into measurable digital media channels. According to CEO James Hay, Bagwell has been a central architect in transforming traditional stores into intelligent, data-driven environments that provide tangible value for brands and shoppers. His new mandate focuses on scaling these technologies to meet the demands of an increasingly omnichannel industry.
The leadership shuffle extends to other key pillars of the organization. James Stokes, a founding employee of the company, has been named Global Head of Engineering, where he will oversee infrastructure and system integrations. Simultaneously, Jonathan Kellermann steps into the role of Global Head of Product, taking charge of the hardware, software, and measurement solutions that underpin the ConnectOS ecosystem. These internal promotions are intended to consolidate the company’s technical foundation and sharpen its competitive edge in the global retail market.
