Abhy Maharaj Named CEO of Constellation Cold Logistics

Carlos Rodriguez, who led the firm for the past four years, will transition to the Advisory Board to focus on the company's mergers and acquisitions strategy. Under his tenure, Constellation expanded its footprint across ten European countries, reaching a capacity of 1.2 million pallet positions. Chair Nils S Andersen credited Rodriguez with transforming the business into a regional market leader.

Maharaj joined the organization in February 2025. His background includes executive tenures at NewCold Coöperatief and an 11-year career at Fonterra Cooperative Group, the global dairy exporter. The leadership transition aims to maintain the company’s current momentum in automation and technology integration while continuing to scale its service network across Europe.
