SANY Renewable Energy Surges Abroad With 300% Revenue Gain

The DNV certification for the SI-17578EU turbine marks a pivotal step for SANY’s European market entry. Beyond structural integrity, the certification validates the turbine's ergonomics and maintainability—features designed to reduce operational risks and simplify servicing. To demonstrate its technical readiness, the company displayed a 10 MW nacelle model and advanced AI-based blade clearance technology at the Hamburg exhibition.

SANY’s global installed capacity currently stands at 1,462.35 MW, with projects spanning Latin America, Central Asia, and Europe. Recent successes include a 100 MW cluster in Kazakhstan and the fault-free commissioning of the Zuera Autoconsumo project in Spain. These milestones reflect a broader push toward international standards, supported by the company’s recent inclusion in S&P Global’s Tier 1 wind turbine supplier list. Guo Xiaoming, Deputy Dean of the SANY Renewable Energy Wind Turbine Research Institute, emphasized that the firm’s strategy now prioritizes grid resilience and AI-driven power sector applications to sustain this growth.
