The partnership between Strada and Aon integrates professional consulting expertise with end-to-end Workday deployment capabilities. By combining Aon’s benefits administration knowledge with Strada’s technical platform support, the firms aim to offer a unified approach to workforce management. Bryan Morens, SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Aon, noted that the alliance is designed to bridge the gap between human resources strategy and cloud technology operations.
To address the complexity of AI adoption, Strada is launching its Flex Credit Calculator. Developed alongside the company’s Client Advisory Board, the tool analyzes employee population data and subscription types against current Workday rate cards. This allows businesses to forecast AI consumption and identify potential costs before committing to large-scale implementations. Complementing these tools, Strada is rolling out its 'Express' deployment model in the U.S. market. Targeted at companies with up to 3,000 employees, the service offers three tiers—Express, Accelerate, and Transform—with the goal of cutting implementation time to as little as 12 weeks. Following its initial rollout in Europe, this expansion marks a significant push to standardize HR technology for growing enterprises in North America.
