The deal, for which financial terms remain undisclosed, positions the combined entity to offer a unified decision layer for brands navigating the evolving digital commerce landscape.
Akeneo, a specialist in product experience software, intends to integrate PricingHUB’s pricing management platform directly into its existing infrastructure. Romain Fouache, CEO of Akeneo, stated that product data and pricing can no longer operate in isolated silos as AI-driven discovery becomes the industry standard. By bridging these two dimensions, the company aims to provide clients with more competitive agility.Jérôme Laurent, co-founder of PricingHUB, emphasized that the acquisition moves beyond basic optimization toward creating high-stakes business insights. PricingHUB will continue to function as a dedicated business unit within the Akeneo ecosystem.
