As global interest in longevity surges, London-based health provider Get A Drip has tapped former Numan medical lead Dr. Luke Pratsides to oversee its clinical strategy. The move signals a shift for the company, which has seen demand for NAD+ treatments grow by over 770% since 2023.
Dr. Pratsides brings an extensive background in both the private sector and the NHS, having previously developed clinical governance and prescribing services for GLP-1 and hormone therapies. His new mandate focuses on bridging the gap between high-street wellness and preventative medicine, with an emphasis on mitigating risks associated with cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurodegenerative conditions.Founder and CEO Richard Chambers, who established the clinic in 2017 following his own recovery from Type 1 Diabetes complications, views the appointment as a necessary evolution for the brand. With over 30 locations now operational, Get A Drip has moved beyond its origins in IV nutrition to include advanced diagnostic testing and therapies like hyperbaric oxygen and cryotherapy. By integrating these tools, the company aims to move from reactive care to a proactive model, targeting the 80% of chronic conditions that are considered preventable through lifestyle intervention.
