Kelly Tuminelli enters the board with a background in senior financial management at publicly traded technology and financial services firms, including TriNet Group and Genworth Financial. Her expertise spans capital management and investor relations, which the company intends to leverage for shareholder value. David Hult brings a distinct retail perspective, currently serving as Executive Chairman of Asbury Automotive Group. His career includes leadership roles at major dealership groups such as Penske Automotive and Group 1 Automotive, providing OPENLANE with deep insight into the operational needs of its core customer base. Mark Howell, Chair of the OPENLANE board, noted that the combined strengths of the two new members are designed to guide the company's growth strategy.
