With the nation’s 250th anniversary on the horizon, Jackson-based Newk's Eatery is anchoring its seasonal strategy in nostalgia and fresh produce. The fast-casual chain’s new limited-time menu, available through September 1, leans heavily into summer staples like berries and peaches to drive brand engagement across its 100 locations.
The menu features a mix of light and hearty options, including a Red, White & Blueberry salad paired with a turkey melt on French Parisian bread. The company is also rolling out a seasonal peach tea and a broccoli cheddar soup, maintaining its long-standing policy of preparing ingredients from scratch without the use of fryers or microwaves. According to Madison Newcomb, the brand's director of marketing, the goal was to create a lineup that feels both fun and evocative of traditional American summers. To entice customers beyond the new food items, the chain has introduced a Saturday Value Meal Deal, offering a 50% discount on a second entrée with the purchase of a full-price meal. These additions follow a period of steady growth for the Mississippi-based brand, which recently earned recognition on Fast Casual's Top 100 Movers & Shakers list for 2026. Guests can access these seasonal offers through the Newk's mobile app or by visiting participating locations nationwide.
