Aardvark Therapeutics Faces Securities Fraud Class Action Lawsuit

Investors who purchased Aardvark Therapeutics stock between February 13, 2025, and May 14, 2026, face an October 13 deadline to join a class action lawsuit. The litigation targets alleged misrepresentations regarding the safety and commercial viability of the company’s ARD-101 drug candidate following its initial public offering.

Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP, a litigation firm specializing in shareholder rights, filed the complaint alleging that Aardvark Therapeutics violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The lawsuit contends that the company misled the market by overstating the clinical prospects of ARD-101 and failing to disclose accurate information concerning the drug's safety profile. These omissions allegedly resulted in financial damages for shareholders once the market corrected its valuation of the company.

While the class has not yet received formal certification, affected investors have until October 13, 2026, to apply for lead plaintiff status. Participation in the lawsuit does not mandate this role, and shareholders who choose to remain absent will still be represented by the class should certification proceed. Those seeking to discuss their legal options or potential recovery of losses may contact Brian Schall or David Schwartz at the firm’s Los Angeles office.
