Matt Taylor moves to Kyndryl as UKI Chief Delivery Officer

After a tenure as Chief Technology Officer of Global Managed Services at NCC Group, Matt Taylor has transitioned to Kyndryl. He now takes on the role of UKI Chief Delivery Officer, tasked with overseeing the transformation and execution of the IT infrastructure giant’s diverse service lines across the region.

Taylor brings extensive experience from previous roles at EY and Accenture to his new position. His primary focus involves managing global delivery teams while steering the integration of agentic AI into the company’s service architecture. He notes that this technology is already augmenting decision-making and operational intelligence, significantly raising the benchmark for service delivery quality within the organization.

Reflecting on his new mandate, Taylor emphasized the scale and criticality of the systems Kyndryl manages for its clients. He plans to prioritize execution discipline and resilience as the company navigates the evolving demands of IT infrastructure management. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Taylor continues to engage with the broader industry as a member of the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards judging panel.
