This regulatory clearance follows a rigorous assessment process supported by Marshall, acting as a Recognised Assessment Entity for Flightworthiness. Kevin Houston, Manna’s Head of Regulation, described the achievement as an independent validation of the company's internal systems and organizational standards. The firm previously secured a Light UAS Operator Certificate from the Irish Aviation Authority in 2021, which allowed for self-authorization of specific operations within the European framework.
Manna is currently scaling its international presence following a $50 million Series B funding round announced in April, which pushed its total capital raised to $110 million. The company intends to expand its workforce from 180 to over 570 employees, targeting new roles in robotics and aviation operations. With live services already active in Ireland and Texas, the business is growing its infrastructure to support 40 operational bases across the US and Europe, further integrating its delivery platform with partners including Uber, Deliveroo, Just Eat, and DoorDash.
